LEADERSHIP TENNESSEE FOSTERS COLLABORATIVE, NON-PARTISAN DIALOGUE ON ISSUES OF STATE IMPORTANCE, CONNECTING A NETWORK OF DIVERSE LEADERS AND ENGAGED CITIZENS.

SIGNATURE PROGRAM - EACH YEAR APPROXIMATELY 45 TOP BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS FROM ACROSS THE STATE ARE SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ORGANIZATION'S 10-MONTH LONG SIGNATURE PROGRAM, WHICH IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THEM WITH AN OPPORTUNITY FOR AN IN-DEPTH EXPLORATION OF THE COMPLEX ISSUES FACING TENNESSEE WITH A FOCUS ON HOW THESE LEADERS CAN COLLABORATE TO EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS THOSE ISSUES THROUGH INCREASED STATEWIDE NETWORKING AND CONCRETE PLANS TO CONTINUE THE DIALOGUE. THE PARTICIPANTS MEET IN EACH OF THE THREE GRAND REGIONS OF THE STATE DURING THE PROGRAM. THE ORGANIZATION'S EMPLOYEES DEVELOP THE AGENDA FOR EACH PROGRAM SESSION, AND IDENTIFY AND RECRUIT VOLUNTEER STATE AND NATIONAL LEADERS TO DRIVE EACH TOPIC DURING A SESSION. THE SESSIONS ARE HELD IN CITIES THROUGHOUT THE THREE GRAND REGIONS OF TENNESSEE IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THAT CITY OF INTEREST. THIS PROGRAM FURTHERS THE ORGANIZATION'S EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES BY TEACHING THE PARTICIPATING LEADERS ABOUT CRITICAL STATE ISSUES AND THE CULTURAL DIVERSITY OF THE REGION AND PROVIDING THEM WITH A STATEWIDE NETWORK TO SUPPORT THEIR WORK FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE LOCAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITIES.


LEADERSHIP TENNESSEE NEXT ("LTN") - LTN IS TENNESSEE'S ONLY STATEWIDE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR EARLY TO MID-LEVEL CAREER LEADERS TO CREATE CROSS-STATE, CROSS-SECTOR NETWORKS. EACH YEAR PARTICIPANTS ARE SELECTED FROM A POOL OF APPLICANTS. EACH SESSION FEATURES ENGAGEMENT WITH SIGNATURE PROGRAM MEMBERS, HIGHLIGHTS ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES SPECIFIC TO TENNESSEE, AND PROMOTES PERSONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT. THE ORGANIZATION'S EMPLOYEES DEVELOP THE AGENDA FOR EACH PROGRAM SESSION, AND IDENTIFY AND RECRUIT VOLUNTEER STATE AND NATIONAL LEADERS TO DRIVE EACH TOPIC DURING A SESSION.
