CPF - ENGINEERING & LAND USEIDENTIFICATION OF THE BEST OPEN LAND PLOTS IN EACH VILLAGE MOST SUITABLE FOR A TOWER CONSTRUCTION (INCLUDING LAND SURVEYS), COORDINATION AND NEGOTIATION WITH VILLAGE CORPORATION LAND OWNERS AND THE TRIBE, ETC.
