Part 3
BOOKSTOP PROJECT AS PART OF OUR EFFORTS TO PROMOTE LITERACY AND ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION, WE HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL CONCRETE STEPS. FIRST, WE HAVE TRAINED 26 FACILITATORS FROM THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO WORK IN OUR BOOKSTOP CENTERS, WHERE THEY CAN HELP CHILDREN DEVELOP READING SKILLS AND PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. THIS APPROACH NOT ONLY EMPOWERS LOCAL INDIVIDUALS BUT ALSO ENSURES THAT OUR CENTERS ARE WELL-SUITED TO THE NEEDS AND CULTURE OF THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE. IN ADDITION, WE HAVE OPENED TWO BOOKSTOP CENTERS IN FARS PROVINCE, EACH EQUIPPED WITH 250 BOOKS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY SELECTED TO SUPPORT CHILDREN'S LEARNING AND CURIOSITY. THESE CENTERS PROVIDE A SAFE AND WELCOMING SPACE WHERE CHILDREN CAN PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMS THAT COMBINE EDUCATION, PLAY, AND GAMES, ENCOURAGING A LOVE OF READING AND LEARNING THAT CAN LAST A LIFETIME. WE BELIEVE THAT BY INVESTING IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND PROVIDING ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION, WE CAN HELP CHILDREN IN IRAN ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND CREATE A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. EMPOWERING CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS PROJECT AFTER CAREFULLY REVIEWING OVER 150 CHILDREN'S PROFILES, WE HAVE SELECTED 11 DESERVING CANDIDATES TO RECEIVE OUR SUPPORT FOR THIS PROJECT. THESE PROFILES WERE METICULOUSLY CREATED, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION EACH CHILD'S FAMILY SITUATION, HEALTH STATUS, AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, THESE 11 CHILDREN WILL RECEIVE DEDICATED EDUCATIONAL, HEALTH, AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OVERSEEN BY THEIR SOCIAL WORKER, WITH THE GOAL OF IMPROVING THEIR WELL-BEING AND FOSTERING HEALTHY GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT. WE HAVE CAREFULLY SELECTED SOCIAL WORKERS FROM OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT LEARNING AND SUPPORTING OUR PROGRAM. THROUGH THE WORKSHOPS AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES PROVIDED BY CMF, THEY HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY PREPARED TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE SUPPORT TO THE CHILDREN UNDER OUR CARE. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, THESE SOCIAL WORKERS WILL RECEIVE SUPERVISION FROM OUR PROGRAM MANAGER TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE AND SUPPORT TO THE CHILDREN.
