TO THIS END, THE FOUNDATION WILL FUND PROGRAMS, SEEK FUNDING FOR PROJECTS, MANAGE RESOURCES, AND COORDINATE PROGRAMS THAT MEET THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED.
