OCCJ SPONSORS NUMEROUS PROGRAMS THAT SEEK TO ACHIEVE THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION OF PROMOTING RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING FOR ALL PEOPLE. ANYTOWN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IS AN AWARD-WINNING HUMAN RELATIONS TRAINING FOR TEENS FROM THROUGHOUT THE STATE, WHICH FOCUSES ON BUILDING SELF-AWARENESS, SELF- ESTEEM, FOSTERING LEADERSHIP AND PROMOTING GOOD CITIZENSHIP. THIS PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED IN OKLAHOMA IN 1994. THE INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IS A THREE-DAY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS INTERESTED IN ADVANCING THEIR ORGANIZATION'S DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION INITIATIVES AND OF BECOMING INFORMED LEADERS TO PROMOTE POSITIVE CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
