A TOTAL OF 149, OR 46%, OF THESE MEDIATIONS RESULTED IN FULL AGREEMENT. 48 CASES, OR 15%, RESULTED IN PARTIAL AGREEMENT, AND 126, OR 39%, WERE NOT RESOLVED. 22 CASES WERE DROPPED BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME.PROGRAM SERVICE COST PER MANAGED CASE WAS $212, UP FROM $195 IN THE PRIOR TAX YEAR.
