OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COMPASSIONATE, HEALING, AND PROFESSIONAL MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO THE PEOPLE OF THE SALT LAKE VALLEY, THE WASATCH FRONT, AND SURROUNDING CITIES AND STATES. SEE SCHEDULE O FOR A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION.

THE CENTER PROVIDED 1056.75. HOURS OF PSYCHOTHERAPY. THOSE HOURS INCLUDED 737 INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS, 78 COUPLE SESSIONS, AND 45 FAMILY SESSIONS. IN ADDITION TO ONGOING CLIENTS AND RETURNING CLIENTS 13 NEW CLIENTS WERE SERVED. THE CENTER ALSO PROVIDED 48 HOURS (8 SIX HOUR DAYS) OF PSYCHODRAMA TRAINING. (REVENUE WAS 110906) CODE IS 621330 (COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY IT WASN'T SHOWING UP ON PART III LINE 4A EVEN THOUGH INFO WAS ENTERED.
