OTHER ACTIVITES AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION RUN THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS NEED TO KEEP THE UHPAA RUNNING
