ATTENDING ANNUAL DISTRICT AND WORLD CONFERENCES THUS DEVELOPING GOOD FRIENDSHIPS, FOSTERING WORLD PEACE AND UNDERSTANDING PUBLIC RELATIONS. PUBLIC RELATIONS - TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF ROTARY'S SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY. COMMUNITY SERVICE - ACTS OF KINDNESS TO PROVIDE ONE-TIME FINANCIAL GRANTS UP TO 250 FOR EMERGENCIES, UTILITIES, MEDICAL EXPENSES, CLOTHING, FOOD, CAR EXPENSES, ETC FOR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.
