ENRICHING THE LIVES OF JEWISH STUDENTS AND STAFF AT ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY THROUGH DYNAMIC AND INNOVATIVE PROGRAMMING WHICH DEEPENS UNDERSTANDING OF AND CREATES EXCITEMENT FOR JEWISH LIFE SO THEY MAY ENRICH THE JEWISH PEOPLE, ISRAEL AND THE WORLD

MISCELLANEOUS PROGRAMMING: HILLEL STAFF IS ON HAND TO CREATE A COMFORTABLE AND NURTURING 'HOME AWAY FROM HOME' FOR STUDENTS. STAFF PROVIDES SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND COUNSELING SUPPORT FOR THE STUDENT BODY. STAFF ENSURES A JEWISH PRESENCE IS REPRESENTED IN CAMPUS ACTIVITIES AND THAT STUDENT RIGHTS ARE RESPECTED. OTHER MINOR PROGRAMMING INCLUDE; ISRAELI PROGRAMMING & ADVOCACY, JUDAIC LIBRARY, MITZVAH PROJECTS, MINOR HOLIDAY CELEBRATION, AND SPECIALTY PROGRAMMING.


WEEKLY SHABBAT SERVICES AND DINNER FOR STUDENTS AND FACULTY AT ARIZONA STATE. THIS ENABLES STUDENTS TO CONNECT TO JUDAISM THROUGH A SPIRITUAL SERVICE AND SOCIAL DINNER WITH PEERS AND STAFF. DINNERS ARE PREPARED IN A KOSHER KITCHEN AND ARE FREE TO STUDENTS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS.


HIGH HOLYDAY SERVICES ARE OBSERVED ON CAMPUS AND ARE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS TO MEET WITH PEERS EARLY IN THE SEMESTER, PARTICIPATE IN THE RELIGIOUS SERVICE, AND ENJOY HOLIDAY MEALS.
