IT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE SERTOMA CLUB OF MESA, ARIZONA TO PROMOTE HEARING HEALTH EDUCATING INDIVIDUALS ON THE MAINENANCE OF THE PRINCIPLES OF FREE ENTERPRISE TO ENCOURAGE GOOD GOVERNMENT AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP; TO PROVIDE MEANINGFUL, WORTHWHILE AND COMPASSIONATE SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.

ARIZONA CELEBRATION OF FREEDOM. THE ARIZONA CELEBRATION OF FREEDOM IS THE ORGANIZATION'S ANNUAL FIREWORKS SHOW AND CELEBRATION OF FREEDOM, OUR HISTORY AND COMMUNITY. THIS ACTIVITY IS CO-SPONSORED BY THE CITY OF MESA.
AN ANNUAL TIMED 10K AND 5K EVENT HELD EACH THANKSGIVING DAY TO CELEBRATE COMMUNITY AWARENESS, FITNESS AND WHOLESOME FAMILY TOGETHERNESS. THE EVENT FEATURES SIGNIFICANT OUTREACH TO THE COMMUNITY FOR VOLUNTEER SERVICE.
THE GOVERNING DOCUMENTS OF THE ORGANIZATION DISCLOSE THAT THE GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO BE AS TRANSPARENT AS POSSIBLE. ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER THE IDEA OF SERVICE AND TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITY FOR ORGANIZATION MEMBERS TO BE OF SERVICE TO YOUTH, THE LESS FORTUNATE AND THE COMMUNITY.
