2023 WAS DANCEASPEN'S SECOND FULL YEAR OF OPERATIONS. THE COMPANY MAINTAINED 6 FULL TIME DANCERS AND HIRED 3 FULL TIME, SHORT TERM, GUEST DANCERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE ARTISTS OF THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED ON AVERAGE AN 11% INCREASE IN WAGES. THE COMPANY PRESENTED 11 NEW PIECES IN TOTAL INCLUDING 5 NEW CREATIONS BY IN-HOUSE ARTISTS, 3 RESTAGED WORKS BY RENOWNED GUEST CHOREOGRAPHERS AND 3 NEW DANCES CREATED FOR THE COMPANY BY GUEST CHOREOGRAPHERS FROM ACROSS THE GLOBE.
