ESTIMATED AUDIENCE OF 2000 STUDENTS AND PUBLIC. OBJECTIVES: EDUCATE PUBLIC AND STUDENTS ABOUT THOS JEFFERSON, HIS IDEALS AND HIS LEGACY AND FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION.
