(1) TO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND COMPILE DATA ABOUT INDIVIDUAL AND SYSTEMATIC FORMS OF RACISM, DISCRIMINATION, AND STEREOYPING IN HOCKEY AND DISSEMINATE RESULTS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO INCREASE UNDERSTANDING AND AWARENESS; (2) TO ORGANIZE AND IMPLEMENT CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT INSTITUTIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL FORMS OF RACISM, DISCRIMINATION, AND STEREOTYPING IN HOCKEY; (3) TO EDUCATE ABOUT RACIAL PREJUDICE AND OTHER FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION THROUGH WEBINARS AND PODCASTS INTENDED FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC; 4) TO ORGANIZE AND IMPLEMENT EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR HOCKEY COACHES AND EXECUTIVES ON ANTI-RACISM AND DIVERSITY TO PROMOTE WIDER UNDERSTANDING OF THE DISCRIMINATION MEMBERS OF THE BIPOC, LGBTQ+ AND DISABLED COMMUNITIES FACE AND HOW TO CREATE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPATION BY MEMBERS OF THESE GROUPS; AND (5) TO DO ANY ACT OR THING INCIDENTAL TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE FOREGOING PURPOSES OR IN ADVANCEMENT THEREOF.
