EXODUS PROJECT 21 PROVIDES EPIC (EXODUS PROJECT INTERVENTION COURSE) CLASSES AT CROSBY MEMORIAL LIBRARY. STUDENTS COME TO US PRIMARILY THROUGH NETWORKING WITH15TH DISTRICT INTERVENTION COURT AND MDOC. DURING 2023 WE HELD FOUR 12-WEEK SESSIONS OF EPIC, WITH A TOTAL OF 178 REGISTERING TO PARTICIPATE. WE MAINTAIN A DIGITAL RESOURCE DIRECTORY AND REFER STUDENTS TO NEEDED SERVICES. WE HELPED AT LEAST 220 PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY WITH REFERRALS TO OTHER SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS DURING 2023. THESE REFERRALS INCLUDE MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, DENTAL, ELECTRIC, HOUSING, REHAB, AND MORE. WE HELPED PLACE 31 PEOPLE IN RESIDENTIAL REHAB FACILITIES FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT.
