CREATE RESEARCH AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND DIVERSIFICATION OF FLORIDA'S KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY. RESEARCH THE ECONOMIC BENEFITS AND PUBLIC USE OF FLORIDA'S OCEAN, ESTUARY AND COASTAL RESOURCES.
