THE FOUNDATION DISBURSED ALL FUNDS TO THE SAVANNAH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION IN ANTICIPATION OF DISSOLVING THE ENTITY. THE SAVANNAH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION WILL HOLD A DONOR ADVISED FUND TO MAKE FUTURE DISBURSEMENTS TO PUBLIC CHARITIES THAT FURTHER THE BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY.
