PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE WEEKLY PEER-TO-PEER FORUMS AND SMALL GROUP MEETINGS WITH BETWEEN 8-12 INDIVIDUALS EACH TAKING PLACE ACROSS THE COUNTRY. MOST ARE NOW CONDUCTED VIA VIDEO CONFERENCING. THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS PERIODIC VIDEO CONFERENCE CALLS TO CONNECT AND INFORM PARTNERS AND OTHERS ON ISSUES SUCH AS WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE HAPPENING THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIZATION IN EACH OF THE SEVEN MOUNTAINS OF CULTURE AND DISCUSSIONS OF BEST PRACTICES TO USE IN PEER-TO-PEER FORUMS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS A WEEKLY PODCAST WHERE GUESTS ARE INTERVIEWED REGARDING "STEWARDING YOUR LEADERSHIP". ADDITIONALLY VARIOUS EVENTS TAKE PLACE AT THE LOCAL LEVEL.
