THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO RAISE FUNDS FOR JUNIOR GOLF ASSOCIATION OF ARIZONA ("JGAA"), WHICH IS AN ARIZONA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, FORMED TO PROVIDE DEVELOPMENTAL GOLF PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OF ALL ECONOMIC AND ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS TRAINING THEM IN THE RULES AND ETIQUETTE OF GOLF. SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION WILL RAISE FUNDS WHICH WILL HELP JGAA TO I) DEVELOP AND CONDUCT THE PROGRAMS; II)PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS FOR CHILDREN TO ATTEND THE PROGRAMS; III) ESTABLISH PERMANENT HEADQUARTERS WHERE THE GOLF PROGRAMS WILL BE HELD. FURTHER, THE ORGANIZATION PLANS ON ESTABLISHING AN ENDOWMENT WHICH WILL PROVIDE INCOME AND SUPPORT FOR JGAA ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.
