TO PROVIDE FOR THE LONG-TERM PROSPERITY AND FISCAL HEALTH OF XAVIER COLLEGE PREPARATORY BY SUBSTANTIALLY ENHANCING THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR KEY AREAS OF THE XAVIER EDUCATION: SCHOLARSHIP, FACULTY DEVELOPMENT, CAPITAL PROJECTS, AND TECHNOLOGY.

TO PROVIDE 47 NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS TO XAVIER COLLEGE PREPARATORY STUDENTS THROUGH A PROCESS OF REVIEW AND DELIBERATION OF A COMMITTEE COMPRISED OF DONORS, XAVIER TEACHERS, COUNSELORS AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF. THESE SCHOLARSHIPS ENABLE STUDENTS TO ATTEND XAVIER COLLEGE PREPARATORY WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO FOR FINANCIAL REASONS.
TO PROVIDE XAVIER COLLEGE PREPARATORY WITH FUNDS FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT WHICH WILL BE USED TO ENHANCE XAVIER COLLEGE PREPARATORY'S FACULTY WITH DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL FURTHER DEVELOP THEIR TEACHING SKILLS AND ENRICH THE CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE OF THE STUDENTS. NO FUNDS WERE EXPENDED FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT IN THE 2020 TAX YEAR.
