TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF RESIDENTS; TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO ASSIST EMPLOYEES WITH THEIR EDUCATION; FOR VARIOUS PHYSICAL ADDITIONS, RENOVATIONS, AND IMPROVEMENTS AT WESTMINSTER VILLAGE; AND TO MAINTAIN A FUND FOR UNDESIGNATED CONTRIBUTIONS.THE FOUNDATION WAS MERGED WITH WESTMINSTER VILLAGE INC, ITS RELATED SECTION 501(C)(3) SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION AND THE FOUNDATION WAS DISSOLVED. ALL ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATION WERE TRANSFERRED TO WESTMINSTER VILLAGE INC. THE FUNCTION WILL NOW BE FULFILLED BY A STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE WESTMINSTER INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
