THE ARIZONA SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HELPLINE DEPARTMENT PROVIDES SERVICES TO VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND OTHER CONCERNED INDIVIDUALS WHO CALL, TEXT, OR CHAT THE ARIZONA SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HELPLINE DEPARTMENT ON BEHALF OF SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE WORKING WITH SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SUCH AS CASE MANAGERS, ADVOCATES, ATTORNEYS MEDICAL PERSONNEL, TEACHERS COUNSELORS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE ARIZONA SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HELPLINE DEPARTMENT PROVIDES INFORMATION, AND REFERRAL ABOUT SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ASSISTANCE NAVIGATING THE LEGAL SYSTEM AS WELL AS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGHT THE SURVIVOR EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND. THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE RESPONSE DEPARTMENT PROVIDES TRAINING ON SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TO PROGRAMS, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THE COMMUNITY. ADDITIONALLY, THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE RESPONSE DEPARTMENT PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SYSTEMS LEVEL WORK TO IMPROVE THE SYSTEMIC RESPONSE TO SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. THE ARIZONA COALITION TO END SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PASS-THROUGH FUNDS DEPARTMENT PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO GRANT APPLICANTS AND SUBRECIPIENTS OF PASS-THROUGH FUNDS. THE PASS-THROUGH FUNDS SUBRECIPIENTS ARE NONPROFIT DOMESTIC AND/OR SEXUAL VIOLENCE SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO PROVIDE CRITICAL SERVICES TO VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL AND/OR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
