THE GROSS RECEIPTS WERE DERIVED MAINLY FROM GATE AND SHOW RECEIPTS, SILENT AUCTIONS, APPEARANCE FEES, VENDOR FEES, EQUIPMENT RAFFLES AND SALES OF HATS, SHIRTS AND BUTTONS. ALTHOUGH THERE IS A FUNDRAISING NATURE TO THEE SHOWS, THE NET AMOUNTS REALIZED ARE TO FUND CONTRIBUTIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE ASSOCIATION. THIS EQUIPMENT IS COMMONLY DISPLAYED AT THESE EVENTS AND THE EXPENSES OF MOVING AND STORAGE, AS WELL AS PRESERVATION (REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE) ARE INCLUDED HEREIN.
