THE ORGANIZATION MANAGES PROJECTS WHICH ENABLE LOW INCOME CLIENTS TO OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT BY PROVIDING NECESSARY SKILLS SUCH AS JOB TRAINING (VOCATIONAL), PROVIDING SKILLS FOR THOSE HAVING TO RELOCATE TO NEW JOBS, AND TEACHING ENGLISH. THESE PROJECTS ARE FOR ADULTS AND YOUTH. THE CLIENTS MUST FALL UNDER SPECIFIC INCOME LEVELS BOTH PERSONALLY AND WITHIN THE FAMILY TO BE ELIGIBLE. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES ITS INCOME FROM CONTRACTS FROM THE FEDERAL DEPARTMENTS OF LABOR, HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AND HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY AND PIMA COUNTY.
