EDUCATION CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOWS - PROVIDE EDUCATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS AND HOST TRADE SHOWS TO BRING MEMBERS, GUESTS, AND EXHIBITORS TOGETHER. OVER 2,000 ATTENDEES AT TRADE SHOWS HELD IN PHOENIX AND TUCSON.
EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS - HOST EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ON VARIOUS SUBJECTS RELATED TO THE MULTIHOUSING INDUSTRY. SEMINARS ON 30 TO 45 DIFFERENT TOPICS, MOST HELD AT A FEW DIFFERENT DATES. COURSES INCLUDED EDUCATION ON NATIONAL DESIGNATIONS, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS, LEASING & MARKETING, FAIR HOUSING AND LEGAL, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL AND MAINTENANCE HVAC, EPA AND OTHER REPAIR CERTIFICATIONS.
