BYINSPIRING EMPATHY AND THE ABILITY TO SEE THINGS FROM ANOTHER'S POINT OFVIEW, WE ENCOURAGE QUALITIES THAT LEAD TO VISIONARY LEADERSHIP AND BUILD COMMUNITIES IN WHICH WE ARE PROUD TO WORK AND LIVE.
