THE TRUST FUND IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPRENTICE AND JOURNEYMEN TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES OF THE EMPLOYERS WHO WORK WITHIN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO AND DEFRAYING THE COSTS OF APPERTAINING TO THE PREVOCATIONAL, VOCATIONAL, APPRENTICE, AND ADVANCEMENT TRAINING, RETRAINING, AND TRAINING TO ENSURE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PARTIES' LEGAL AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING OBLIGATIONS AND JOB SAFETY, AND TO DEVISE AND IMPLEMENT SUCH PROGRAMS IN THE FUTURE.
