WE DO THIS BY TAKING OUR SERVICES DIRECTLY INTO COMMUNITIES, PROVIDING HEALTHY FOODS, AND OFFERING NUTRITION AND HEALTH EDUCATION. OUR INNOVATIVE MOBILE FOOD MARKETS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WORK TO ELIMINATE FOOD INSECURITY ONE COMMUNITY AT A TIME. VISION TO CREATE A NEW FUTURE FOR FAMILIES WHO ARE FOOD INSECURE AND EMPOWER THEM TO LIVE HEALTHY. THE WELL FED SOLUTION IS TO MOBILIZE FOOD ACCESS AND EDUCATION.
