SMALL THINGS DISTRIBUTES FOOD AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS THROUGH ITS NETWORK OF 50+ LOCAL, NONPROFIT FOOD PANTRIES, AS WELL AS THROUGH ITS OWN MARKETS OPERATED IN LOW INCOME SECTIONS OF PHILADELPHIA. SMALL THINGS' MARKETS AND PARTNERS' PANTRIES SEEK TO FIGHT POVERTY STARTING WITH FOOD. EACH WEEK, SMALL THINGS SOURCES DONATIONS OF PRODUCE, PROTEIN, DRY GOODS, AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS THAT ARE DISTRIBUTED TO THOSE EXPERIENCING FOOD INSECURITY. SMALL THINGS IS ALSO INVOLVED IN JOB TRAINING USING ITS WAREHOUSE EQUIPMENT, FEEDING THOSE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, AND PROVIDING HEALTHY SNACKS TO CHILDREN IN LOW-INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS.
