THERE WERE TWO OFFICER APPRECIATION BANQUETS IN 2022 THAT INCLUDED LEO'S AND A GUEST. THIN BLUE'S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR PARTICIPATES IN FREQUENT "RIDE ALONGS" WITH ON DUTY OFFICERS. THESE OFFER A CHANCE TO SEE WHAT THE OFFICERS ARE EXPERIENCING AND TO DEVELOP A BOND WITH OFFICERS. THESE RIDE ALONGS USUALLY INCLUDE A MEAL AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT.
