THE IMMIGRANT DEVELOPMENT INC. (TIDE) IS A PUBLIC BENEFIT NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY TO SERVE IMMIGRANTS WITHIN THE UNITEDSTATES. MORE THAN 45 MILLION IMMIGRANTS LIVE IN THE U.S. ACCORDING TO 2018 AMERICAN COMMUNITY SURVEY (ACS) DATA, ONE (1) IN SEVEN (7) U.S. RESIDENTS ISFOREIGN BORN, 14 PERCENT OF THE 330+ MILLION PEOPLE IN THE U.S. ARE IMMIGRANTS. SPECIFICALLY, IMMIGRANTS WHO ARE NEW TO THE U.S. FACE UNIQUE CHALLENGESAND NEED SPECIFIC HELP TO NAVIGATE THROUGH EARLY LIFE IN THE U.S.. THEY DO NOT HAVE MENTORSHIP AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN FROM OTHERSUCCESSFUL IMMIGRANTS, ADVANCE THEIR PROFESSIONAL CAREERS OR OPPORTUNITIES TO GET INSPIRED. OUR ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE A WIDE SET OF PROGRAMS TO DRIVEPROFESSIONAL, ECONOMIC, EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL UPLIFTMENT OF THE IMMIGRANT POPULATION IN THE UNITED STATES. OUR ORGANIZATION HAS DEVELOPED FOUR (4)PROGRAMS IN FURTHERANCE OF OUR PURPOSES. WE PLAN TO WORK WITH CORPORATIONS, UNIVERSITIES, COUNTIES AND STATE OFFICIALS TO IDENTIFY AND REACH OUT TOIMMIGRANTS FOR THE FOUR (4) TIDE PROGRAMS. 1. GET INSPIRED - WE AIM TO INVITE THE BEST OF THE IMMIGRANT COMMUNITY THROUGH TIDE LEADERSHIP TALKS.FELLOW IMMIGRANTS WILL HEAR THE STORIES OF RESILIENCE, INHIBITIONS,SUCCESSES AND SETBACKS FROM ROLE MODEL IMMIGRANTS. THEY WILL GET AN OPPORTUNITY TOUNDERSTAND THE MINDSET, MOTIVATION AND METHODS OF SUCCESSFUL IMMIGRANTS. 2. FIND OR PROVIDE MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES - EARLY MENTORSHIP AMONGIMMIGRANTS HAS PROVEN TO DRIVE PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS ESPECIALLY IN AN ADOPTED COUNTRY. THROUGH OUR VAST TIDE NETWORK, WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE A PLATFORMFOR IMMIGRANTS TO BENEFIT FROM THE TIDE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM THAT CONNECTS MENTORS AND MENTEES. 3. CREATE CORPORATE LEVEL ADVOCACY - WE AIM TOPROVIDE A DEVELOPMENT AND ADVOCACY PLATFORM FOR FOREIGN-BORN IMMIGRANT WORKERS IN CORPORATE AMERICA. THEY WILL ALSO ACCEPT ASSISTANCE FROM VOLUNTEERS WHOARE PASSIONATE ABOUT IMMIGRANT CAUSES TO: SUPPORT IDENTIFICATION, INCLUSION AND REACH OUT IMMIGRANT COMMUNITIES; REFINE EXISTING AND /OR DEVELOP NEWPROGRAMS; MAINTAIN ORGANIZATION COMPLIANCE, WEBSITE AND MANAGE OPERATIONS; PROVIDE MENTOR MATCH ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES; BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITHCORPORATIONS, UNIVERSITIES, COUNTIES AND STATE OFFICIALS. GET INSPIRED (25%):REVIEW & VET IMMIGRANT SPEAKERS, WORKSHOP PREPARATION, SOLICIT IMMIGRANT ATTENDEES, MARKET THE EVENT, ACCEPT DONATIONS, DELIVER AND POST EVENTFOLLOW-UP. 2. FIND OR PROVIDE MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES (35%): DEVELOP MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS, ENROLL MENTORS AND MENTEES, PERFORM SCREENING ANDREFERENCE CHECKS, MAINTAIN MENTOR EXCHANGE PLATFORMS, RESOLVE ISSUES AND DRIVE SMART RESULTS. 3.
