HOOD TO THE HOLLER PARTNERED WITH ARENA ACADEMY TO RECRUIT AND SPONSOR 204 FOLKS (153 KENTUCKIANS) FOR THEIR INTENSIVE CAMPAIGN TRAINING INCLUDING A TRAINING SPECIFICALLY CREATED FOR KENTUCKIANS; DEVELOPED AND LAUNCHED AN ONLINE RESOURCE LIBRARY OF ORGANIZING TRAINING MATERIALS; CONDUCTED A COMPREHENSIVE SURVEY OF SUPPORTERS REGARDING CURRENT SKILLS, NEEDS AND WANTS SURROUNDING THE TOPICS OF CITIZEN LOBBYING AND ORGANIZING; MANAGED A GRASSROOTS CAMPAIGN THAT RESULTED IN OVER 1500 KENTUCKIANS FROM EVERY STATE AND HOUSE DISTRICT MESSAGED THEIR LEGISLATORS IN SUPPORT OF BREONNA'S LAW; AND COMMUNICATED WITH OUR SUPPORTERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE ISSUES OF RACIAL JUSTICE, STRUCTURAL RACISM AND GENERATIONAL POVERTY.
