ENCOMPASS ACADEMY PROVIDES PERSONALIZED LEARNING PLANS TO EACH STUDENT IN GRADES PRE-K THROUGH 12TH GRADE THROUGH STUDENT GROWTH PORTFOLIOS. STUDENTS ARE TESTED FOUR TIMES A YEAR USING THE NWEA MEASURE OF ACADEMIC PROGRESS AND GROUPED WITH LIKE-SKILLED STUDENTS IN THE CLASS. PLANS ARE PERSONALIZED BASED ON STUDENT NEEDS AND STRENGTHS. PLANS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS TO SUPPORT STUDENT GROWTH: STUDENT STRENGTHS, ACADEMIC STANDARDS BREAKDOWN, ACCOMODATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND A FULL TRANSCRIPT OF COURSES TAKEN.
