TO PROVIDE COMPETITIVE RECREATIONAL MOUNTAIN SPORTS PROGRAMS AND TEAMS FOR YOUTH IN UTAH TO INCLUDE ALL ABILITY AND INTEREST LEVELS. TO HELP BUILD CHARACTER, CONFIDENCE, LIFE LESSONS AND LEADERSHIP IN YOUNG ATHLETES.

ARROWHEAD SKI TEAM OUR MISSION IS TO CULTIVATE THE PURE JOY OF SLIDING DOWN SNOW FOR ALL OF OUR MEMBERS. THAT IS THE EASY PART. WE ARE ALL HAPPY, CAREFREE KIDS AS SOON AS WE TAKE OUR FIRST TURNS. THE ARROWHEAD TEAM IS HERE TO PUSH THOSE TURNS A BIT FURTHER AND FIND EVEN MORE JOY IN THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE ON AND OFF THE MOUNTAIN. OUR MISSION IS EMPHASIZED IN THE PROCESS, NOT THE RESULT. THROUGH THIS PROCESS OF SELF DISCOVERY, INDEPENDENCE, AND GRIT, OUR ATHLETES WILL BECOME PART OF A FAMILY THEY WILL NEVER FORGET. IT WILL NOT BE EASY. SKIING IS EVER-CHANGING ENVIRONMENT MAKES IT ONE OF THE HARDEST SPORTS TO MASTER. WE BELIEVE THAT THROUGH THESE CHALLENGES, WE HAVE AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO TEACH LEADERSHIP AND CHARACTER SKILLS THAT WILL PREPARE OUR MEMBERS FOR ANYTHING LIFE CAN THROW AT THEM.
OUTLAWS - THE OUTLAW WAY WE OFFER PROFESSIONAL COACHING FOR ATHLETES OF ALL AGES IN A SAFE, FUN, AND MOTIVATING ATMOSPHERE. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITIES, SKILLS, AND LEADERSHIP FOR AN ATHLETE TO REACH THEIR GOALS, WHETHER THATS JUST IMPROVING SKILLS AND HAVING FUN, OR RACING ON THE WORLD CUP CIRCUIT. FUNDAMENTALS ARE THE KEY TO SUCCESS IN ANY ENDEAVOR, ESPECIALLY MOUNTAIN BIKING. OUR ATHLETES START EACH SEASON IN THE PARKING LOT, ON PUMP TRACKS, AND IN VIDEO SESSIONS DRILLING IN THE BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED TO GO REALLY FAST. THESE SKILLS ARE LEARNED AND INGRAINED DAILY SO WHEN THINGS GET SKETCHY, THEIR NATURAL REACTION IS TO STAY RELAXED AND BALANCED TO MAKE IT THROUGH ANY SECTION OF TRAIL. ATHLETES ENJOY ONE-ON-ONE COACHING IN SMALL GROUPS WITH OTHER ATHLETES AROUND THEIR SAME SKILL LEVEL. THERES PLENTY OF RIDING TO PRACTICE THEIR NEWFOUND SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE AND TO CHALLENGE THEMSELVES ON NEW TRAILS AND NEW EXPERIENCES.
OUTLAW EDU THE VISION IS TO FOSTER AND DISCOVER THE BEST VERSION OF SELF, BOTH AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND A CONTRIBUTOR TO SOCIETY. WE STRIVE TO FOSTER A COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY WHERE STUDENTS CAN DEVELOP THEIR ATHLETIC, CREATIVE, AND COGNITIVE POTENTIAL WHILE ALSO LEARNING IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS AND VALUES. OUR GOAL IS TO INSPIRE STUDENTS TO REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL AND BECOME WELL-ROUNDED INDIVIDUALS, READY TO SUCCEED ANYWHERE. CRITICAL THINKING - PHYSICAL STRENGTHENING - LOVE FOR LEARNING - MENTAL STRENGTHENING - COMMUNITY COLLABORATION - RELEVANT LIFE SKILLS - CONTINUAL REFLECTION - EVIDENCE KAIZEN - DOING HARD THINGS - WARRIOR SUMMITS - SELF ACTUALIZATION - DYNAMIC ROAD MAP FOR INDIVIDUALS. WE BLEND OLD SCHOOL VALUES OF GRIT, CHALLENGE, AND PERSEVERANCE, WITH MODERN, RESEARCH-BACKED METHODS OF TRAINING AND EDUCATING KIDS. DURING THIS PROCESS, THE STUDENT WILL BE CHALLENGED IN WAYS THEY MAY NOT BE USED TO OR ARE NOT CURRENTLY STANDARD METHODS IN NORMAL SCHOOL.
