THE OPEN NETWORK AND SUPPORT PROGRAM OFFERS:TRAINING: WE RUN REGULAR ONLINE AND IN-PERSON TRAINING FOR OUR NETWORK ORGANIZATIONS.SUMMITS: OUR EVENTS BRING TOGETHER STAFF DELEGATIONS FROM AROUND THE NETWORK TO DISCUSS SHARED CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES, CURRENT BEST PRACTICES, AND CROSS-POLLINATE IDEAS.CAMPAIGNS: WHERE THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ORGANIZATIONS TO WORK TOGETHER ON MULTI-NATIONAL ISSUES, THE OPEN MAKES THE CONNECTIONS AND FACILITATES COLLABORATION.COACHING AND MENTORING: WE PROVIDE DIRECT COACHING AND MENTORING TO SENIOR STAFF AROUND THE NETWORK ON EVERYTHING FROM ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH TO PROBLEM-SOLVING STRATEGIES.SECONDMENTS: BY CONNECTING STAFF IN SIMILAR POSITIONS AT DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS, THEY CLOSE BONDS OF TRUST AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO STRENGTHEN INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE.THE OPEN LIVE: WE REGULARLY INVITE GUESTS FROM OUTSIDE THE NETWORK AND INTERNAL EXPERTS TO PRESENT WEBINARS ON INNOVATIONS AND LESSONS LEARNED.ONLINE COMMUNITY: ON SLACK, LISTSERVS, AND FACEBOOK, THE NETWORK STAFF COMMUNICATE, ASK QUESTIONS, AND HELP EACH OTHER.DRIVE COLLABORATIONS: WE CATALYZE AND SUPPORT JOINT INITIATIVES BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONS ON SHARED GOALS.COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE: WE COORDINATE SEVERAL ISSUES AND ROLE COHORTS, WHERE ORGANIZERS WITH SIMILAR JOBS REGULARLY CONNECT TO ASK QUESTIONS, LEARN, AND INNOVATE TOGETHER.LIBRARY: OUR DIGITAL LIBRARY IS WHERE WE STORE THE NETWORK'S RESOURCES AND EXPERTISE, A TREASURE TROVE OF INSPIRATION, TEMPLATES, AND ADVICE.DIRECT SUPPORT: OUR TEAM WORKS DIRECTLY WITH NEW ORGANIZATIONS, OFFERING HANDS-ON TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE TO BUILD CAPACITY AND JUMP HURDLES.
THE OPEN TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM:THE OPEN NETWORK GROUP HAS BUILT A ROBUST SUITE OF CUSTOM ORGANIZING TOOLS. WE HELP COORDINATE DEVELOPERS FROM AROUND THE NETWORK TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THESE TOOLS AND INNOVATE TOGETHER TO SHAPE OTHERS. WE FACILITATE OUR NETWORK COLLABORATING ON TECHNOLOGY WITH OUR SYSTEM TO EMPOWER THE OPEN NETWORK ORGANIZATIONS TO LEAD AND WIN THEIR WORK.
THE OPEN FUND PROGRAM:THE OPEN HELPS NEW NETWORK ORGANIZATIONS LAUNCH, THRIVE, AND ACHIEVE IMPACT IN RECORD TIME. WE HAVE A TARGETED, NIMBLE REGRANTING PROGRAM TO SUPER-CHARGE ORGANIZATIONS TO HIT THEIR GOALS AND GAIN INDEPENDENCE AND IMPACT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
