WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT - DURING 2021, A WORKFORCE TRAINING CENTER WAS PURCHASED TO HELP PARTICIPANTS NAVIGATE AND ADAPT TO THE AMERICAN JOB MARKET. THE CENTER ALSO SERVES AS A BRIDGE BETWEEN PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYERS AND THE REFUGEE AND IMMIGRANT COMMUNITY.
