THE ORGANIZATION HAS A LONG-TERM LEASE AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SANTA FE FOR THE RAILYARD PROPERTY THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE AMENDED METROPOLITAN REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SANTA FE AND SANTA FE RAILYARD MASTER PLAN AND DESIGN GUIDELINES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES MANAGEMENT OF THE PROPERTY, INCLUDING 37 TENANTS, SOME OF WHICH ARE 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS, AND IMPLEMENTS THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE RAILYARD PROPERTY, INCLUDING ACQUISITION OF NEW TENANTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW INFRASTRUCTURE.
