PUBLIC AND HIGHER EDUCATION ACTIVITIES: RESEARCH AND RECOMMENDATIONS THAT THAT FOCUS ON MAKING ALL TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES READY FOR POST SECONDARY SUCCESS AT SOME LEVEL WITHOUT THE NEED FOR REMEDIATION AND AIM TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF TEXAS CITIZENS WITH A CERTIFICATE OF VALUE INCLUDING INDUSTRY CERTIFICATION, ADVANCED MILITARY TRAINING, ASSOCIATE'S AND BACHELOR DEGREES.


FREE TRADE/FEDERAL ISSUES: RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES REGARDING THE IMPORTANCE AND EFFECT OF FREE TRADE AND COMMERCE ON THE TEXAS ECONOMY.
