THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM MANAGES SIX DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEXES IN NEW MEXICO, OF WHICH TWO ARE OWNED BY THE SUPPORTIVE HOUSING COALITION. THESE PROPERTIES HAVE A TOTAL OF 228 RESIDENTIAL UNITS.
THE COMMUNITY HOUSING PROGRAM PROVIDES TENANT BASED RENTAL ASSISTANCE, ON A SCATTERED SITE BASIS, TO OVER 570 HOUSEHOLDS IN THE ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO METROPOLITAN AREA. THE PROGRAM UTILIZED 143 DIFFERENT PRIVATE LANDLORDS AND PROPERTIES AND PARTNERS WITH HOMELESS AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS.
