COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO ACTIVE MEMBERS OF COLUMBUS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. AND TO THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES.


SPONSORSHIPS FOR THE HIDALGO COUNTY FAIR AND THE SOUTHWESTERN NEW MEXICO STATE FAIR.


THE FOUNDATION SPONSORS A STUDENT TO ATTEND THE NEW MEXICO RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION WASHINGTON GOVERNMENT IN ACTION YOUTH TOUR. THE TOUR IS FOR 11TH AND 12TH GRADE STUDENTS. THE TOUR IS FOR ONE WEEK IN WASHINGTON DC, AND IS DESIGNED TO TEACH THE STUDENTS MORE ABOUT OUR GOVERNMENT AND HOW IT OPERATES.
