SCHOLARSHIPS ARE PROVIDED THROUGH THE FOLDS OF HONOR FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM TO QUALIFYING LOUISIANA CHILDREN AND SPOUSES OF MILITARY MEN AND WOMEN KILLED OR PERMANTENTLY DISABLED DURING SERVICE. QUALIFYING CRITERIA INCLUDES DOCUMENTED PROOF OF DEATH, DISABILITY RATING, OR POW/MIA STATUS.
