PROGRAM SERVICES: EMBRACING EQUITY OFFERS SCAFFOLDED PROGRAM SERVICES AT THE INDIVIDUAL, INTERPERSONAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL LEVELS IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY IMPACT SYSTEMIC CHANGE. IN FY22, EMBRACING EQUITY SUPPORTED 31 LEADERS REPRESENTING 14 ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH OUR YEAR-LONG LEADERSHIP RESIDENCY, A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM THAT KICKS OFF WITH AN ORGANIZATION-WIDE EQUITY AUDIT AND ANALYSIS, INCLUDES COACHING AND IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT, AND CULMINATES IN A VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP RETREAT. EMBRACING EQUITY PARTNERED WITH 19 ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED ANTI-RACISM VIRTUAL EXPERIENCES TO OVER 860 PEOPLE. ADDITIONALLY, 119 PEOPLE REGISTERED FOR OUR PUBLIC VIRTUAL COHORTS LEVERAGING A SLIDING SCALE MODEL TO ENSURE ACCESSIBILITY.

ADDITIONALLY, EMBRACING EQUITY'S ANNUAL DONATION-BASED CONFERENCE ENGAGED OVER 600 PEOPLE THROUGH A MULTI-DAY VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE CENTERED ON SUSTAINING STAMINA FOR RACIAL JUSTICE.
