GOOD GRIEF NETWORK (GGN) RUNS A 10-STEP PROGRAM: '10 STEPS TO RESILIENCE AND EMPOWERMENT IN A CHAOTIC CLIMATE.' THE 10-STEP PROGRAM IS A 10-WEEK PEER-SUPPORT GROUP FOR PEOPLE WHO FEEL OVERWHELMED BY FEELINGS OF ECO-DISTRESS. THE GROUP AIMS TO HELP PEOPLE PROCESS THEIR FEELINGS AND REORIENT TOWARD MEANINGFUL ACTION. TEAMS OF TWO TRAINED FACILITATORS HOST THE SMALL GROUPS, WHICH ARE OFFERED TO 13 PARTICIPANTS EACH.GOOD GRIEF NETWORK RUNS A FLOW FACILITATION TRAINING COURSE THAT IS 12 WEEKS AND 36 HOURS LONG, AND CERTIFIES INDIVIDUALS TO FACILITATE GGN'S 10-STEP PROGRAM SUPPORT GROUPS. WE USUALLY RUN ONE COURSE PER YEAR, TO TWO COHORTS SIMULTANEOUSLY, HOLDING 50 PEOPLE TOTAL.GOOD GRIEF NETWORK OFFERS A MONTH-LONG JOURNALING PROGRAM CALLED 'WRITING THROUGH IT: EXPLORATORY JOURNALING FOR TUMULTUOUS TIMES.'
