Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3
IN 2023, UTAH WILD SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTED SEVERAL MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO FURTHER ITS MISSION. FIRST, WE PARTICIPATED IN THE WESTERN ULTIMATE LEAGUE REGULAR SEASON AND POSTSEASON, WHICH INCLUDED TEN ULTIMATE GAMES FEATURING ROSTERS OF CIS WOMEN, TRANS WOMEN, AND NON-BINARY ATHLETES. THESE GAMES WERE BROADCAST FOR FREE ON YOUTUBE AND PROMOTE ACCESSIBILITY AND TRANSPARENCY. AS PART OF THAT EFFORT, WILD HOSTED FIVE GAMES IN SALT LAKE CITY, UT WHERE WE PROVIDED FREE OR REDUCED-PRICE ACCESS TO YOUTH ULTIMATE PLAYERS AS A WAY OF HIGHLIGHTING OUR ATHLETES AS ROLE MODELS. SECOND, WE PARTNERED WITH SEVERAL OTHER ORGANIZATIONS (INCLUDING BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF UTAH, STONEWALL SPORTS SLC, AND GAME ON SPORTS 4 GIRLS NORTHERN UTAH) THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO HOST FREE CLINICS TO TEACH ULTIMATE SKILLS, STRATEGY, AND GAMEPLAY. BY GIVING AWAY FRISBEES AND VOLUNTEERING OUR TIME, WE WERE ABLE TO INCREASE THE ACCESSIBILITY OF THE SPORT. THESE CLINICS ALSO SERVED TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF THE SPORT AND ELEVATE WOMEN AND NON- BINARY ATHLETES AS EXPERTS IN THE FIELD. FINALLY, WE HOSTED SKI TOWN CLASSIC: A CLUB-LEVEL ULTIMATE TOURNAMENT THAT BROUGHT TEAMS FROM AROUND THE NATION TO UTAH. THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY REGULAR SEASON CLUB TOURNAMENTS THAT TAKES PLACE IN THE WESTERN US, INCLUDES A WOMEN'S DIVISION, AND IS SANCTIONED BY USA ULTIMATE WHICH MAKES IT UNIQUELY POSITIONED TO SUPPORT THE WOMEN'S DIVISION TEAMS IN UTAH AS WELL AS MANY OTHER IN NEIGHBORING STATES. HERE, WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE LOWER ENTRANCE FEES TO WOMEN'S DIVISION TEAMS TO INCREASE THE ACCESSIBILITY OF THE SPORT TO THOSE ATHLETES.
