HELPING HANDS PROJECT ORGANIZATION IS A LICENSED OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FACILITY. THAT OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR CLIENTS OF ALL AGES WITH A FOCUS ON HOMELESS SENIORS OVER THE AGE OF 60 YEARS OLD. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT, INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM AND EXPANDED COMMUNITY SERVICES, HOMELESS SUPPORT AND SUPPORTED HOUSING, MEDICAL SERVICES, SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER, EVICTION RENTAL ASSISTANCE, FOOD ASSISTANCE, HOUSING NAVIGATION ASSISTANCE, CRIME VICTIMS SERVICES, RAPID ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO FAMILIES IN NEED, AND CRISIS INTERVENTION PROGRAM
