THE PURPOSE OF THE IHP IS TO STANDARDIZE TREATMENT METHODS AND COORDINATE CARE FOR THE FULL SCOPE OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES. THROUGH COORDINATION AND ADOPTION OF BEST PRACTICES, THE IHP IS REDUCING THE TOTAL COST OF CARE.
