EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES AND SKILLS ENRICHMENT SERVICES - DESIGNED TO DEVELOP SKILLS IN THE AREAS OF EMPLOYMENT, DAILY LIVING, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, BASIC ACADEMICS, AND COMMUNITY LIVING. AN INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM IS DEVELOPED TO ASSIST EACH PARTICIPANT TO GAIN THE NECESSARY SKILLS TO LIVE FULFILLING AND PRODUCTIVE LIVES.
PRODUCTION - PROVIDES ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES THE OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN EMPLOYMENT SKILLS WHILE EARNING WAGES IN A PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT. THIS ALSO PROVIDES THE ADDED BENEFIT OF EXPERIENCING INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT WORKING WITH MANY INDIVIDUALS OF VARYING ABILITIES. SKILLS LEARNED AND ENHANCED WHILE WORKING INCLUDE EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT, QUALITY WORK PERFORMANCE, ACCEPTANCE OF SUPERVISION, ON-TASK CONCENTRATION, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY RATES.
