COORDINATED HEALTH, NOW PART OF LEHIGH VALLEY HEALTH NETWORK (LVHN), IS AN INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE SYSTEM WITH LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA AND WESTERN NEW JERSEY. COORDINATED HEALTH IS PART OF THE LVHN REFERRAL REGION FOR OVER TWO MILLION RESIDENTS OF SURROUNDING COUNTIES IN EASTERN AND NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, AND WESTERN NEW JERSEY. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE MISSION, DUTY, AND PURPOSE OF COORDINATED HEALTH TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE HEALTHCARE TO OUR COMMUNITY BY MAKING HEALTHCARE SIMPLER THROUGH PROCESS INNOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS THAT PROVIDE VALUE TO THE PATIENT. A FULL RANGE OF MUSCULOSKELETAL SERVICES IS OFFERED WHICH INCLUDES DISORDERS OF THE UPPER AND LOWER EXTREMITIES AS WELL AS THE SPINE. SUBSPECIALISTS WITH FELLOWSHIP CREDENTIALS PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: JOINT REPLACEMENT, SPINE SURGERY, SPORTS MEDICINE, HAND AND WRIST SURGERY, AND FOOT AND ANKLE SURGERY, SPORTS MEDICINE, PODIATRY, RHEUMATOLOGY, AND CHIROPRACTIC MEDICINE, AS WELL AS FIVE WALK-IN INJURY CENTERS AND A 24-HOUR VIRTUAL INJURY CENTER.
