1). WE ARE A FREE AND CHARITABLE CLINIC AND PHARMACY THAT PROVIDES FREE HEALTH CARE AND PHARMACEUTICALS TO UNINSURED ADULTS WITH INCOME < 200% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL. 2). IN 2023 WE SERVED 227 PATIENT VISITS FOR 87 UNIQUE PATIENTS; 42 SPECIALTY REFERRALS; 58 LAB/XRAY TESTS ORDERED. 3). 405 PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED. 4). PHARMACY EXPENSE OF $8228 LEVERAGED BY DISTRIBUTION OF AN ADDITIONAL $40,466 (WHOLESALE VALUE) OF PHARMACEUTICALS THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN VARIOUS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND THE WISCONSIN DRUG REPOSITORY PROGRAM. 5). EFFORTS SUPPORTED BY ONE 0.5 FTE PAID CLINIC COORDINATOR AND MORE THAN 1000 VOLUNTEER HOURS FROM NURSES, PHARMACISTS, PHYSICIANS, INTERPRETERS, AND OTHERS.
