THE FATHER INITIATIVE EXISTS TO MULTIPLY SPIRITUAL FATHERS AND MOTHERS TO MULTIPLY CHURCHES. WE DO THAT BY TRAINING HEALTHY PASTORS OF ESTABLISHED CHURCHES HOW TO MULTIPLY THEIR IMPACT BY MENTORING THE NEXT GENERATION OF CHURCH LEADERS, SPECIFICALLY THOSE WHO ARE STARTING NEW CHURCHES. WE EQUIP THOSE MENTOR PASTORS WITH SCALABLE TOOLS, CONTENT, AND RESOURCES TO SUPPORT YOUNGER PASTORS AND CHURCH PLANTERS ON A MULTI-YEAR MENTORING JOURNEY. THE MAJORITY OF NEW CHURCH PLANTERS FEEL ISOLATED AND ALONE AND WOULD BENEFIT SIGNIFICANTLY BY HAVING THE SUPPORT OF A SEASONED MINISTRY LEADER. BY CONNECTING TO A MENTOR PASTOR THROUGH THE FATHER INITIATIVE, YOUNGER PASTORS AND CHURCH PLANTERS EXPERIENCE GREATER PERSONAL HEALTH AND EFFECTIVENESS, AND HAVE A SUPPORT SYSTEM IN PLACE TO FOSTER INCREASED LONGEVITY AND COMMUNITY IMPACT.
